GoogleA professional letting team led by the Manager Richard McNeil. We have a few flats which have been let by Richard and his teams for the last few years. We do not recall Richard and his team ever needed more than 2 weeks to rent out any of our properties in the last few years. They also look after our issues (if any) during and after each AST. A very friendly and professional team. We only get Richard and his team to rent our flats now - do not bother to list our properties with any other letting agent.

GoogleI have viewed many properties, but Anthony Slade is one of the best sales negotiators I have ever met in my life. With excellent customers service skills, works on own initiative and excellent sales Negotiator always kept me updated! Anthony showed us a property even before it came officially on the Market! He went out of his way for us using his OWN initiative phoned the vendor and arranged a booking to view. We made an offer. Anthony and Adam negotiated a very good price deal with us and the vendor, which made both sides very happy. vendor excited to sell! We excited to buy! thank you Anthony showing us this wonderful property.. out of all the 20 I viewed this one was the best and Anthony always kept me updated with the process. highly appreciated! Im sure the vendor must be very happy too. I understand she was trying to sell the property for the past 6 months with a different agency. Im sure she was very happy joining Haart Croydon. Anthony slade sold her property straight away! "We need more Sales Negotiators like Anthony Slade."

GoogleComplete shambles, added no value. They did not pass on our offer to the sellers promptly (despite us being cash business-buyers) and told us there had been other offers when apparently there had not. They got the name of the company wrong - attributing the buyer to a combination of two individuals and proceeded to use this name right through to exchange causing delay and confusion to the conveyancing team. There was barely any acknowledgement of my continued attempts to correct the situation and emails that had errors were blamed on an automatic system from head office or staff turnover - I'm not surprised.

GoogleReally pleased with the lettings team in Croydon, particularly Lashaun, a breath of fresh air in the lettings business. My flat was let within two weeks, I had ample feedback and really liked the idea of double deposit protection. Thanks guys, would definitely recommend !!
