It's one thing someone going out there to bat for you, it's another when that person does it with passion and integrity and brings home results. We were pleased to have found our rented property through Haart. The quality of the flat made it a dream to live in. The team in general has also been very professional all along. The latest property manager handling our property is extraordinary. She had barely taken over from a previous colleague and was already on top of the queries we had raised with the agency. She took them seriously and handled them one by one in a very professional and extremely responsive and resourceful way. Plus, she is always pleasant to speak to and makes you feel like she genuinely cares about the problem you are trying to solve, enough at least to make it progress fast. In the space of a few weeks, we have had repairs identified and executed thanks to her eagerness and professional drive. It is always a pleasure to be dealing with people that take their role at Haart, very much at heart (pun intended). We are very pleased that she is overseeing our property management and we hope she will stay around for as long as we are in :). Thanks @ Aliya Charnley!

Oswald (Oz). What can I say. When you deal with an estate agent one expects there will be problems. Yes, there were problems but Oz was sorting them out immediately, negotiating diplomatically and professionally. We had a protracted house sale and purchase which lasted almost 12 months.
