We were pleased to have found our rented property through Haart. The quality of the flat made it a dream to live in. The team in general has also been very professional all along. The latest property manager handling our property is extraordinary. She had barely taken over from a previous colleague and was already on top of the queries we had raised with the agency. She took them seriously and handled them one by one in a very professional and extremely responsive and resourceful way. Plus, she is always pleasant to speak to and makes you feel like she genuinely cares about the problem you are trying to solve, enough at least to make it progress fast. In the space of a few weeks, we have had repairs identified and executed thanks to her eagerness and professional drive. It is always a pleasure to be dealing with people that take their role at Haart, very much at heart (pun intended). Andrew has been exceptionally strong managing my buy to let property. After two previous agents I couldn’t recommend Haart enough. Whilst the big stuff is always covered professionally they also help with small pieces of assistance that make a big difference (particularly as I live away from the area). Just popped by recently to gather some info regarding a property I am hoping to rent out once renovations are complete. I was greeted by a very attentive young man named Ashley, he explained he was a Property Manager, so I am unsure if he was the best person to point my queries towards, but he gave me tonnes loads of relevant information, great insight in to the area local to my property i.e. what the rental market looks likes etc. I was completely blown away by the level of service I received and I will definitely be using Haart once my property is ready in the next few weeks. Unsure whom in the business reviews these, but this young man Ashley (sorry I did not note his last name - he is a rather tall, athletic, very well spoken young black man) is an absolute credit to your branch and made an exceptional impression on both myself and my wife also (who is the most fussiest of people at the best of times). We both left feeling like we had found a person and a business we can trust! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for the info and probably one of the best customer experiences I have ever had!

I have dealt with Haart for many years now first Mo at Ealing who is unfortunately no longer there. Then Streatham Ashu who again is no longer there. But I’ve received consistent support and guidance with my properties from one Individual Billie-Lee Blankson. When I called her this week I was a little disappointed to hear she was no longing dealing with the actual letting but very happy to hear of her transition into the Property Management team. I have always found this sector of haart’s business the worst part. However I am hopeful now with her in this department things will go from strength to strength. Well done Billie-lee let’s see how things go with my flats moving forward.

Bravo to Billie-Lee Blankson!!!! I am letting a unit managed by Haart lettings agency Croydon. My landlord was putting pressure on us to vacate the flat, and we were unsure of what to do. I get in touch with Haart's customer service department to ask for help and direction. Spoke with a few of them, but I was unable to receive the right advice. The property manager at Surrey Haart, Billie-Lee Blankson, was the last person I spoke with. She was able to clarify for me the legal as well as other requirements for leaving the residence. Billie's proficiency in real estate business really impresses me; I have no doubts that she has solid real estate background. Despite having a hectic schedule, she made room for us on short notice and booked a space. This demonstrates a client-centric and helpful approach. Bravo, Billie. Finally, she also does a superb job of comprehending legal contracts and their implications. She assisted us in understanding all of the legal restrictions and safeguards. She went above by offering advice and suggestions that we should heed in order to go forward. Billie, I'm very impressed with your expertise, helpfulness, attention to detail, ability to grasp the problem, and ability to offer the appropriate advice. Absolutely disgusting service since the change of property management. No support given when issued an S21 from the landlord shortly after talks of renewal, constant phone calls about my new tenancy and when I would be leaving even after providing information on 2 previous occasions. Billie from property management is incredibly unprofessional in her approach. Prior to this haart provided a great service and would be incredibly helpful but the change of perssonel leaves a lot to be desired.
