GoogleI recently had an evaluation meeting with Ryan Neale. He was very friendly and professional. The valuation he provided was backed up with good evidence and up to date knowledge of the market. He was also able to give a sound perspective on the relevant strategic development of the area and a view on what would influence property prices in the area as well as advice on what steps I need to take to maximise the value if my property. Really good experience. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe award for Best WORST Estate Agent in Croydon is definitely theirs. It's been four months and still we are no way closer to knowing what is the actual address of the property we are living at. Yes, that's correct, the address on our tenancy agreement does not exist on any system. We have no address. To add, we are not the only one who have had issues, our neighbours within this building have had a long battle with Haart. What's Haart has done about it? Lied to us and others every time. Please, please check all the paperwork they provide you with before ou are rushed to sign it. To add, it's been 6 months and still no resolution.

GoogleI struggled to find a flat for quite a while until I got in touch with Ellie at Haart. She was so accommodating and even went out of her way to send me a video of the property when I wasn’t able to make my original viewing. Throughout the process she’s been insanely patient and answered all of my questions. Luckily I’m no longer looking but I would definitely recommend her if you need assistance.
