It’s been a pleasure working with haart! My agent, Jodian, was able to accommodate my tight schedule and showed me the flat within an hour of me showing interest, she showed me around the property and I was able to place my offer on the spot. I met with Ryan today for a market valuation for my 2 Bed Flat, and I found his professionalism, respectful manner and market knowledge to be of a significantly higher standard than many other agents I have met in the area. THE worst experience with an estate agent I have EVER experienced. I have called several times with staff being extremely dismissive, constantly saying someone will call me back with no reply on a property I wanted to view. They had no details on the property when I needed it and told my sister they did not have me in the system when I had given all my details over. Worrying for data protection if you ask me! On top of that, I then sent an email to the effect to see if I could finally get a reply a few days ago and STILL NO REPLY! Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Should talk to staff regarding this as it is unfair on those selling their properties through this estate agent!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Joy to do business with. Really nice energy off the team, I especially enjoyed the enthusiasm and energy of Melvin and Yara who both listened to what I wanted and put my mind at ease during the process. They quickly organised viewings, often organising so there were a couple at a time I believe this is how they quickly found me some offers. I really felt that they were keen to do their best for me so would definitely use again- so a big thank you too them. I have no hesitancy recommending such a professional team.
