Cubbit & West are very good at their job. We bought a flat through them and since day one they were accommodating to us. Buying our property was very stressful but people like Stephen, Nish & Karen help us all through out the process and made our first property purchase successful!

GoogleAppalling customer service. On completion day, we turned up to collect they keys to our new home, only to discover they were lost! The poor attitude we received throughout the process and on day of completion was inconceivable. Our solicitors had never heard of anything like this before. We were treated appalling and are yet to receive an apology.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotDo not use their solicitors!!!!
Nothing against Cubitt and West as such but DO NOT use their in house solicitor DC Law. Once they have a deposit from you, you will never be able to contact them again!! Use a local solicitor!! I’ve read no good reviews and I’ve been caught out, lucky it’s not held up a purchase or sale but I cannot get my money back!!
