Caitlin at Cubitt and West was a gem! She always got back to me really quickly and we managed to sort out some tricky issues together. Buying or selling houses is the stuff of nightmares and although ours was no different, am sure it would have been much worse if all the staff at Cubitt and west hadn't been so professional. GoogleUnfortunately not a good word to say about Cubitt west Shirley. Communication was awful, all they seemed to care about was getting a sale but don’t check buyers properly or make any effort to negotiate a smooth sale. Awful inexperienced service.

GoogleWe were very happy with our lettings agent Kunal Patel at Cubitt & West. Not only was he professional and efficient but also very approachable. We had an initial appointment to assess our requirements and everything was explained well and clearly. A tenant was then found for us within a week! The whole process was quick and well organised.
