So good they sold it twice!

Kerry-Ann sold my parents’ house to them back in 2006 and then sold it for them again in 2021. The reason they chose Kerry-Ann and Cubitt & West this year was because they remembered her clearly and the excellent service 15 years ago. She was totally professional, extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, candid, proactive, and went out of her way to make the process easy for my elderly parents who were both shielding much of the time. And it couldn’t have been easy during the worst of Covid. Kerry-Ann and her team were brilliant at juggling my requests around my mum and dad’s sale. I was very grateful.

We've been extremely happy with Siobhan and her team and the service C&W have provided.We were impressed from the first moment we contacted C&W and when Siobhan came round to value our house, it was an easy decision to market our property with her. Siobhan is very personable, highly professional, and you know you are in safe hands. Her team is professional and friendly, and I built a great rapport with Kurran with whom at one point I was in contact with on an almost daily basis! All communications have been great throughout. Amazing service from start to finish…

Amazing service from start to finish from Abby Tallack. We are a family relocating from abroad after 8 years and have received 5 star service throughout. Our situation was a little complicated and at every step, the communication was spot on. Abby managed to get our keys within a week of first showing interest. Nothing was too much trouble. If Abby ever leaves this profession id have zero hesitation employing her. She is a total credit to this company who now shine far brighter than others we have 'engaged' with. I wont name them.. But not answering phones? Not replying to emails? Being cut off.. Etc etc Cubitt and especially Abby are to be trusted, endorsed and have given my wife and I total confidence and peace of mind.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Maddison, Angel, Martha and Amelia at the Southsea branch. From the get go they were really sensitive about what we wanted and understood the emotion that can come with selling a house - always having our feelings at the centre of the whole process. Even after the house we were after fell through, Maddison kept us updated the whole time and was determined to find our dream home for us - she already had something in mind as soon as she met us and had a sixth sense of what we wanted! From start to finish, Rebecca Hull has been communicative, efficient, knowledgable and given superb service. The original viewing was excellently presented and Rebecca's advice to speak to James Wrigley proved invaluable to securing the property.It was due to his expertise I was able to borrow the money I needed to be able to afford the property.After having the offer accepted, I have felt Rebecca has done everything in her power to push things along and I am very grateful to her for such professionalism.I could not have completed with her tenacity and knowledge helping me along the way. Super experience from start to finish

We recently purchased a flat marketed by this estate agent, they were very professional and made the whole experience positive. From the first point of contact we made to organise a viewing through to exchange, it has been remarkably smooth. This was down to the staff being efficient and following up on things. They kept us in touch throughout which I appreciated. Compared to a previous experience with a property sale this was different class. Ebba, Jasmine and Karen were particularly helpful but overall, it felt like a well oiled machine! If we ever sell our new property they will be my first port of call.

Our sales progressor Karen Fogarty has been so supportive and helpful and always been there when we need her and very efficient at sorting out any problems we've encountered. All the staff at our local branch have been very helpful and we've mainly delt with Angela Brett who has also been very efficient and helpful and has always made us feel confident that we are in good hands. It's been a long process as we've needed to get our lease extension before our sale. We recently purchased two houses, one from Cubitt & West and one from another estate agency. My experience with Cubitt & West was a cut above the rest and a very different level of service. They were attentive, friendly and professional; I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Through the whole process, Mo and Julie made sure I was happy with everything and helped enormously with communications between myself and the vendor. This experience has highlighted to me how important it is to find the right estate agent that’s not only attentive to the vendor but also prospective buyers to make the process a smooth transaction for both parties. On the day of completion, we happened to be away. Mo from Cubitt & West was kind enough to collect the keys and inspect the property for us. He also followed up with photos and arranged for his rental department to advertise the property. Marcus and Abbie phoned, clearly explained the process offering very competitive rates. Within four days, they found a great tenant. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s exceptional customer services and hard work. A great service and lovely staff!

I contacted Cubitt and West Southsea and spoke to Claire when we were having no luck what so ever finding a property and kept missing out on everything before even getting the opportunity to view. She arranged for us to have an appointment with the mortgage advisor they work alongside so we could be prioritised as "hot buyers". Other than for the sake of getting on the hot buyers list, I didn't think we needed this service but I'm so grateful Claire recommended it as Wayne the mortgage advisor has turned out to be so helpful that we have decided to continue with him over our initial advisor. Claire went out of her way to ensure we got early viewings on suitable properties and has just generally been lovely, sincere and reassuring. I have been so impressed with the service Cubitt and West offered and would have liked to buy with them but in the end the right property came up elsewhere. Would highly recommend them for fantastic service and staff that come across as trustworthy and personable.Thanks for all the help!

Excellent estate agents

We chose to use Cubitt & West Fiveways to sell our flat as we had bought the flat from them five years earlier and had been impressed. We were not disappointed - from the very beginning, our experience was excellent. The photographs and marketing of the flat were very high quality and we had multiple viewings leading to offers on our open day. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our chain fell through more than once for reasons out of our control. Every time, the team at Cubitt and West Fiveways were reassuring and found us new buyers very quickly. Each member of staff was highly professional and friendly - we always felt valued and knew everyone had our best interests in mind, rather than simply looking for a quick sale. The team were very communicative, gave great advice and were easy to get hold of whenever we had a question. During the time that we were selling, we mostly dealt with Ebba Morley, the senior branch manager. Ebba was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kind - she went above and beyond to help us secure the right buyer and even advised us with our onward purchase which was through a different estate agent. Due to Covid, the process of selling our flat took longer than originally expected but the quality of service we received never dropped. We would wholeheartedly recommend Cubitt and West Fiveways to anyone selling or buying a property and cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.
