1 ⭐️ Tenant, we are pleased to have moved you out of one of our managed properties. The constant moaning about a damp problem that didn’t exist - it’s a modern purpose built block of flats with NO issues, we visited the property 3 times and did damp readings with you that showed there was no damp! How are we supposed to fix an imaginary problem? We have now moved lovely tenants in to the property and the Landlord is achieving £200 more in rent than what you were paying. Also guess what…. No complaints about damp (because it doesn’t exist)…. It’s a win win for our Landlord! I wish you and your new Landlord all the best for the future. Dear Sean, you were 45 minutes late for the original viewing, you sent a number of hateful messages late in the evening, you were abusive and aggressive towards our staff. I am happy not to have housed you as we always try to find nice tenants for our Landlords.
