GoogleI'm quite disappointed how I've been treated by this estate agent after agreement of house prices and leave holding deposit they increase house rent money and they didn't give holding fee money on time shameful business.

Thanks for your review and I understand your frustration. Unfortunately the landlord had a second valuation and increased the asking price on that advice. You received your holding fee back in full and within the timescale that is outlined in our Terms & Conditions of business. Kind Regards
