Our Landlady has had a really lucky escape by not accepting you as a tenant. You offered £1100 on a property advertised at £1250. You tried to bypass the Estate Agent and go directly to the owner as your circumstances are far from perfect. You couldn’t afford to pay the holding fee or pay the asking price, you therefore lost the property but it’s our fault and not yours! Now your writing reviews at 11:30pm at night, but hey ho you haven’t got work in the morning.
