I'm one of those people who rarely leave a review, good or bad, but this branch and Jake in particular deserve the 5 stars and the praise! Jake recently dealt with my purchase process and I could not be happier with the service I received from him and his team on his days off. Always professional, kept me updated during the process and even chased solicitors at various stages to keep things moving along as smoothly as possible. He was also honest and transparent, qualities which are rare to find in an estate agent!

We viewed a lovely property with Jake recently, and were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We have been searching for a property for nearly 2 years and have been to nearly 100 viewings in that time, but we've never come away from a property feeling as well-informed as we did with Jake. He made the whole viewing a pleasure, as his personality (even from behind a mask) shone through and he made us feel so comfortable and listened to. We've come across estate agents who seem focused on the commission, but with Jake we felt that he wanted the best for us. In the end we did not put an offer in on the property, but we wanted to give Jake some positive feedback for the experience he gave us. He's a huge asset to Bairstow Eves 👍

We chose Bairstow Eves in Kenley due to their obvious expertise in the local area, and also due to the fact that from the very first meeting we had with them it was obvious they were honest, knowledgable and were going to work very hard to get us the best price for our property. Throughout a really tricky and complicated chain, Jenna, Maxine and Tenaha proved we were right. They were all really attentive and worked especially hard to get the deal over the line for us. They even worked with us to progress the deal during their days off! My wife and I fell in love with a property and when we inquired at the vendor’s estate agents, we were met with Jenna Clarke and Maxine Taylor of Bairstow Eves. In terms of background, we have been working to a very tight and demanding schedule, both for us as buyers and indeed the Bairstow office. In spite of this initial difficulty, our dealings with Jenna have been professional, courteous and friendly. Jenna’s exceptional knowledge of the property and indeed, the wider general property market has been exemplary and sincere. Manager Maxine at this office with the help of Jenna and Camilla arranged all the viewings leading to a successful offer. With up to seven viewings a week at times, this team kept me informed at every step of the way. Once an offer had been made Maxine and Jenna followed up and answered any queries and ensured the sale went through. Excellent Job. I used Bairstow Eves in Kenley to sell my property back in June this year. I was left very disappointed throughout the whole process and found them to be very rude and unhelpful. They gave a very good sales talk before putting my property on the market but that is where the customer service ended. At the end of the whole house selling process i was left wondering who was worse, Bairstow Eves, or the solicitor that they recommended for me to use.
