We put our house on the market in February not really knowing what we would have to do, both Maxine and Kerry talk us through the process and ensured that we knew what we need to do and kept us updated every step of the way. Covid obviously had an impact on the progress but Maxine made sure she contacted us before being furloughed and said should we need her she could be reached still to help, which i think was going above and beyond & great considering the uncertainty with everything!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Great teamwork from them all at Bairstow Eves Kenley. Maxine and her team lined up potential buyers, arranged viewings organised everything, we are quite elderly so it was good that they thought of everything and the house sold very quickly. Oh dear. I usually find Bairstow Eves very good. However, unfortunately, I found this branch to be disorganized (the seller turned up late), rude (they then tried to rush us around the house because they had to 'collect their children'), unknowledgeable (Or perhaps just unwilling to answer basic questions), rude, and quite frankly, we felt Maxine, the branch manager, spent most of her time looking down her nose at us. Which is a shame, as we were prepared to offer the full asking price. Considering the house had been 'on and off' the market for a year, and the owners were now considering a private buyer (perhaps they too had lost confidence in Bairstow Eves Kenley), we feel the discourteous attitude of the manager was a little reckless. Nevermind. We wish the sellers luck, although, we would suggest changing agents.

We viewed a lovely property with Jake recently, and were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We have been searching for a property for nearly 2 years and have been to nearly 100 viewings in that time, but we've never come away from a property feeling as well-informed as we did with Jake. He made the whole viewing a pleasure, as his personality (even from behind a mask) shone through and he made us feel so comfortable and listened to. We've come across estate agents who seem focused on the commission, but with Jake we felt that he wanted the best for us. In the end we did not put an offer in on the property, but we wanted to give Jake some positive feedback for the experience he gave us. He's a huge asset to Bairstow Eves 👍
