As house sales go, a really relaxed and stress free experience. This was down, in the main, to the relationship with Tenaha at Bairstow and brilliant communication with all parties involved. There was lots of opportunity for the house sale to fall off the “tracks”, yet her ability to spin all those “proverbial” plates, made all parties feel at ease and knowing that it was all under control. The ability to be candid, yet understanding with individuals, when the industry can dictate, perhaps a demagogic behaviour, is a rare commodity in my experience. I contacted bairstow eves Kenley during the latter part of lock down. We had been searching for a property for more than 2 years and had a very low opinion of estate agents by this point as we had found them to lack professionalism and integrity. As soon as we contacted the bairstow eves team at Kenley however it was obvious immediately that this was going to be a quality customer focused service. The manager Maxine was the first person we spoke to and she immediately understood our needs and went to work assuring us that our experience with the team would be a positive one. They absolutely delivered on that promise. Throughout the buying process we were kept informed and dealt with in a very honest way - even if the news that was being communicated was not necessarily good/in our favour.
