Josh at Bairstow Eves was awesome from day one, he was super helpful and made the whole process feel way less stressful. He kept us updated every step of the way and was always quick to answer any questions we had. Felt like he really cared about getting this over line for us, not just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone who’s on it and genuinely wants to help, definitely reach out to Josh. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant and superbly helpful. Our main man, Fionn, was an absolute superstar. And was really keen to show us around various different properties all of which did suit our needs. He clearly knows the area very well, alongside how to cater for people's requirements. Alongside his friendly attitude and evident hard efforts, which were key to our reason going with Bairstow Eves. Really commend their services and we're very happy with the final outcome of the property we've ended up with. Many thanks for all the help! Adam

Elliot and Elise at Bairstow Eves Croydon were great! After some hiccups with another agent, we were happy to have Elliot and Elise as our main contacts. Both were responsive, helpful and were extremely helpful in the process of buying a new home. Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic company, really helpful with helping me find a property. Adam Picton was the cherry on top of the excellent customer service, he was professional but with a personal touch, keeping me informed and satisfied throughout the process.

Richard was professional, courteous and hard working when it came to or purchase of a property through Bairstow Eves. He was available and communicative with all parties and lovely to deal with, he went out of his way to check in at regular intervals. His knowledge on the local area and property was very useful, this was informative and helped us make the right decision. He made buying a home stress free, no easy feat!

We went to Bairstow Eves after 6 weeks of nothing via Purple Bricks. Ashley and team explained the current market, and also managed our expectations in timeframes and money. We sold once but the chain collapsed (nothing to do with BE). This second time they walked our first time buyers through everything which was absolutely required to secure the exchange and completion. We highly recommend this friendly team, who are also great in their communications.

Jenna, the sales manager of East Croydon Branch was very helpful and professional. There was no problem to buy a property being overseas, because of a great help of Jenna. She replied quickly on every email or phone call. This is our third positive experience with Bairstow Eves, so recommend everyone who wants to buy or sell a property.

The team are outstanding. From the beginning I got a fair and realistic sale price estimate of the flat and Ian's knowledge of the local market was evident. Elise was the lead team member for the sale and was incredibly proactive, regular communication keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make sure the sale went through to the end. Will absolutely recommend this branch to friends thinking of buying or selling in the area.

I have been using this estate agency many times in the past , as a landlady and as the vendor. The staff is always very helpful and they go extra mile for the client and get things done. Response time is excellent . My special thank you to Ashley. It's a pleasure to know him and have business. Will be using them in the future for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Bairstow Eves, specifically under the exceptional guidance of Scott, who assisted in letting out my flat in Croydon. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding, and I am pleased to share my positive feedback. Scott’s professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process, demonstrating a profound knowledge of the market and was able to provide valuable insights to help me make informed decisions. His friendly and approachable demeanour made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was a particular highlight, where I felt like I was kept in the loop and up to date throughout from both Scott and the supporting staff. I would happily recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone in need of professional and reliable property services.
