GoogleScott has been nothing short of amazing in dealing with me and my flat mate rented parking spaces! The whole process was smooth, and he made sure everything was in order for us! 10/10 recommended!!!

GoogleDoug at Bairstow Eves worked very hard and gave me great advice on finding a suitable flat for myself. Very friendly, honest and efficient service. They didn't mess me about like other agents I've dealt with. Nicolle was also a great help with the paperwork and admin. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe changed to Bairstow Eves after feeling unhappy with the service of our previous estate agents. From the very start we were very impressed by Ashley and the team. They were professional, pro active and good at communicating and keeping us up to date with how things were progressing. We valued the experience and advice they gave during the process.

GoogleWe used them to let our flat after a competitive bidding process. The manager, Chrissie, impressed us with her knowledge and her honesty. We had planned to leave some of the old carpets and some furniture. She was very frank about what tenants would want, which didn’t include the furniture we planned to leave and the carpets. Following her advice, we let the flat quickly for a higher price than we were asking and on a 2 year let. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. We have retained Bairstow Eves on a managed basis as we were very happy with the service. We will use them again. Thanks to all the team.

Bairstoweves Biggin Hill. Brilliant! From start to exchange Caroline was a dream. We haven't moved for 29 years so were very apprehensive. However Caroline and her team made it a great experience. She was always there when we needed her. She was able to answer or find answers to all our concerns. Caroline was always very friendly and put our minds at rest over the 5 months. Gary, the manager, gave us a very good deal from the ouset and from there on in the team worked hard, thoroughly deserving their fee. I would definitely reccomend the company to anyone wishing to move house effortlessly. Thank you Bairstoweves and thank you Caroline.

GoogleProfessional, polite and knowledgeable team, we had interaction with several of the staff whom all were good and we do appreciate the teams assistance in a successful deal. We would certainly use Bairstow Eves Sales & Lettings at East Croydon for all our property needs in the future. Our only gripe which cost the extra star was often when calling the office I'd estimate 75% the time it would call and go through to voicemail. We would have to wait for a call back or more often call again several times throughout the day in-between our working day. I am not sure what advice I can offer on that as it's certainly a busy day everyday for the team but would expect an administrator to answer and take a message. Overall nothing to be too concerned the actual people working there are very lovely and a pleasure to do business with, thank you particularly to Scott who was excellent. Thank you.

GoogleFrom organising my first viewing to the end of the buying process I have received outstanding service and support from the Bairstoweves team. Most of my contact has been with Elliot and Elise who are both extremely knowledgable, friendly and great with communication. As a first time buyer, the whole buying process was new to me and honestly felt quite complicated but both Elliot and Elise have done a great job at putting my mind at ease when I felt things weren't going according to plan and explaining things about the process that I was confused about. Elliot in particular has been great in getting quick responses from the developers about things I have queried along the way and has always happily printed out all documents I've needed to sign and send off (as I don't have a printer this has been super helpful and has helped to speed things up). Thank you for all your patience with me! Overall the whole team at the branch has always been extremely friendly whenever I have had to go in to collect and sign documents. It's been a pleasure having Bairstoweves as my estate agent and I would definitely recommend them.

Please stay away from this company or instruct them with caution. Information was misrepresented to me when I handed over my property for let, they advertised on conditions I was not aware about and the whole process dealing with them was very distressing involving dishonesty and lies.After deducting their commission they also deducted unauthorised amounts that was not agreed, this included making up figures and deducting the same from the money they were required to transfer into my account. They refused to send across a statement when requested and I knew the money they paid was less than what was agreed, had to go through much stress to obtain this, when I did receive the statement, it included deductions that was never agreed and part of the money taken was a made up amount. If you do use this company (which I strongly advise against) check your statement once they deduct thier commission. The first time I used them £500 was dishonestly taken from my money, a sum that was legally mine, was shocked when I noticed this. The second time monies was deducted again with false information on the statement. On both occasions I had to request the money back, the £500 was returned, the other amount involved me going through a complaint procedure which was biased with no proper investigation. This company were dishonest and incompetent in their dealings with me. To get my money back took months. It's a repeated pattern with them so be cautious it's not worth the stress. It is the worst experience I have had and I will not recommend the company at all.

Would give them 0 if I could. They have been showing up to my flat unannounced for the last 2 years since the Landlord is selling the property. They have ignored our boundaries as tenants, ignoring our requests to only do viewings on certain days. They show up whenever they want, claiming they have contacted us when in fact they’re have not. Absolutely ridiculous.

Eventually, we decided to give Barstow Eves Southend a try, and that decision truly made all the difference.

Horrible Experience with Baristoweves barkingside branch. No ethics or professionalish in any of thier agents, there is no transparency! Few things we observed:1. They over-estimate house prices for sellers just to trick them into choosing them.2. They dont even pass buyers offer to sellers, we had to revise our offer after the bank down valued the property much lower that thier asking price, and they removed it from sold stc without even informing us.3. There is no transparency whether they even informed the sellers about the down valuation from bank because this would highlight how inaccurately they had valued the property in the first place. There is definetly major blunder with their valuation process.4. Caernarvon Drive, Clayhall, Ilford, Essex IG5 came to market for 450k, reduced to 425k and then they accepted offer of 40*k and the bank valued it to 3*5k.5. There is never any formal email communication, they deal with things over call and half heartedly.6. Most of thier sales falls through because of this unprofessionalism.There is much more so I would suggest sellers and buyers to not fall into thier trap.

Initially, my experience when renting the property was very smooth, and I appreciated the support provided in finalizing the tenancy agreement. However, after moving in, I encountered several maintenance issues which were reported promptly. These included a leaking pipe under the sink, an oven that was not properly cleaned or functioning, and later, the discovery that the boiler was not supplying hot water.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
