ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF LIARS AND TEAM OF CROOKS WITH NO HONESTY OR INTEGRITY

To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

After countless viewings and confirmations from other letting agents which fell through because of disorganisation. I decided to try Bairstow Eves. I found an amazing flat on zoopla and contacted the number. The agent who answered the call was a Liam. After a brief conversation with him, I was able to view and get a confirmation on the property on the same day. He was relentless in trying to acquire the property for me and within a few day had succeeded. I am truly great for his guile and professionalism. It is a shame I can only give a 5 star review. So I will award Liam a 11 stars out of 10 for making our dream come true. Thank you Liam and thank you Bairstow Eves.

Ian Vernon and his excellent team excelled at selling our home in Croydon. They came highly recommended by my cousin but we were worried as we had two other estate agents who had not sold our house in the last year, despite promises to the contrary. All our fears disappeared after our first meeting. Ian's knowledge and experience of Croydon is outstanding. He made us feel safe and we believed that this time it would happen for us. His amazing team, all of whom were first class communicators and negotiators, never failed to get people through our door and phoned us with excellent feedback and information. I have used Bairstow Eves for both buying and selling. In both instances i found them easy to deal with and professional. When selling they managed to get viewing for the property right through Dec/Jan/Feb, the toughest part of the year. Having had to deal with other Estate Agents in the Croydon area, Bairstow Eves would be my first and only call if you wanted to sell in the Croydon area. My wife and I viewed a property in early January as we are expecting our first child, everything went through fine and we both got excepted. However due to some unforeseen circumstances we was unable to move in the property which was a shock to us all. However A gentleman by the name of Jack Moore that works for the East Croydon branch who I must say is a all round wonderful nice guy, not only did Jake make the situation soothing for my wife who is heavily pregnant but he dealt with the situation in a calm and composing mannar ensuring we were dealt with abruptly. Jack could have forgotten about my wife and myself however he made it a priority to ensure we found our dream place. Less than two weeks later thanks to Jakes determinations we are now in our property and most importantly my wife is very happy as we expect out first child. Jake is a wonderful asset to the team at bairstow eves east Croydon and I will be very surprised if he is not promoted withing a couple of years. Thanks to the superhero trio comprising Jade, Amy, and Joseph, our Christmas miracle came true! Jade was our trusty point of contact, and when she took a day off for training, Amy swooped in to save the day. And let's not forget Joe, who kept us in the loop when Jade and Amy were off gallivanting. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, leaving us with nothing but smiles.Now, here's the twist: the only hiccup we encountered was the moving-in gift box they provided. Can you believe it? 0.0% beer! It's like they were trying to test our resolve. Almost had us deducting a star from our rating! But hey, let's not dwell on that minor blip. Not a great experience with Bairstow Eves, after having a few issues with the tenants in my property. Samantha was the only agent in the branch who really took control of the whole situation, then rectified it with a positive outcome. Friendly and approachable, Samantha always went above and beyond to help and rectify the problem.She was always available to contact and replied straight away. She was the only person who dealt with it when others fobbed be off for a good 7 months. Only deal with Sam!

We went to Bairstow Eves after 6 weeks of nothing via Purple Bricks. Ashley and team explained the current market, and also managed our expectations in timeframes and money. We sold once but the chain collapsed (nothing to do with BE). This second time they walked our first time buyers through everything which was absolutely required to secure the exchange and completion.
