GoogleAllen Heritage have acted for us as Letting Agents and Estate Agents, and proved exemplary at both: I found that, as a local firm, their knowledge of the area and housing/letting markets was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for their friendly and professional team. As a new landlord, I really appreciated their help and advice. As Estate Agents they were equally outstanding: Selling a house can be daunting, but the team ensured the procedure was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Allen Heritage and wish them much well-deserved success now and in the future.

GoogleHaving reached a time in life when downsizing is a desirable option we were more than a little nervous approaching the Estate Agent for the first time. We need not have worried for at Allen Heritage we were warmly received, and treated with great courtesy and understanding of our hopes and requirements. This kind of reception was very reassuring, and we are grateful to the staff there for their excellent service.

Hi Francine, I am sorry to hear that this is how you feel, this is certainly not the impression that we wish tenants to have. Could you kindly email the Managing Director, rob@allenheritage.co.uk, so that he can personally look into this? In addition we would also like to take your details should a suitable property become available. We hope to hear from you.
