GoogleTerrible agency. Will try and deduct anything they can from deposit. They manipulate tenants and landlords to their benefit. They work with AL Property Maintenance to inflate prices. Dispute anything they claim with TDS and you will win. Unhelpful staff and owner. Rent from somewhere else if possible!!

I have found Niamh very professional in her approach, she has listened to the issues we have raised and helped resolve these as quickly as possible. Apologies, we were going through a bit of a rough patch at the time, and whilst we strive to deliver the very best customer care, we do sometimes struggle during periods where we are short of staff. Sorry we did not meet with your expectations.

GoogleReally weird agency. They do not know the laws. We went through the other agency and passed all the references (while this agency kept assuring us that we need half of the years deposit. Few other agencies confirmed its not the case

GoogleImpossible to reach in calls; making calls for 3 days now, either no one is answering or getting the message the office has been closed at 4pm even it is stating the opening hours are until 7pm in the voice mail.

GoogleThese people are awful, they lied and said the landlord wanted to terminate my contract I later found out from the landlord that it wasn't true and they just wanted me out so they can hike the price. Scam !!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
