We are in the process of purchasing our home with Dandara at the Sweetings East Malling. So far we cannot fault the service we have received, with a special mention to Amy Emma and Andrew for all their hard work in supporting us through a very difficult journey to exchange. Their communication is consistent and clear, and they really have gone above and beyond to ensure all questions have been answered. We saw our finished home recently and the finishes both inside and our really are perfect. We are looking forward to finally moving in.

Victoria at Towerlands Park

Unfortunately due to the current mortgage rates I wasn’t able to go ahead with the purchase however, Victoria at Towerlands Park was an absolute delight! She went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and was patient throughout the process so massive thank you to her and Dandara. I would highly recommend the team at Towerlands Park and Dandara seem to be very good as a whole! Hopefully I can come back in the near future and follow through.

After years of avoiding new builds…

After years of avoiding new builds because of what you were hearing about quality of build etc, Dandara in no way typify that sort of reputation. In all aspects they are a pleasure to deal with. The staff obviously all enjoy working for them, our main contact Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the development, and always very pleasant and engaging. The site staff also have been very cooperative and willing to deal with the few minor snagging issues we have had.

I’ve only given 3 stars as I’ve experienced a disappointing experience. I admit I’ve been here over the two years so I don’t qualify for any help with some shoddy work which I’ve found too late I know .House is built well , struggled with poor standard of garden but I’ve dealt with that myself. Big issue for me but a small job for Dandara was discovering the side garage door has never been finished off properly. Huge unfinished gaps all along the bottom of door . Flat no from customer service not even any advice. They shouldn’t have been allowed to get away with such poor work. Not what you pay good money for

Another great experience dealing with Dandara

Another great experience dealing with the sales and customer experience teams at Dandara.From our very first meeting with Kerry to look at new apartments, she took the time to give us the opportiuntiy to see as much or as little as we wanted, in a number of the company's property portfolio. Kerry has been very pleasant to deal with and couldn't do any more to help us. She was a wealth of useful knowledge and information and always had answers to our questions.We consider ourselves fortunate to have been able to view New Market Yard at an early stage and were delighted to be able to secure one of the properties there. The post build snagging process prior to purchase was handled by Russ who is awesome in preserving the quality of the finished product through his sharp eye and attention to detail.Another great experience dealing with Dandara

The sales manager Kerry Rogers was very professional and fun to deal with, the sales team Liz Birchall and Ava Miller was a pleasure to deal with and also very professional. Russ Kelly (Customer Care) did the initial inspection on my behalf and picked up 5 ridicules issues which were not obvious, along with Rachel Layt who handed over the apartment to me. Buying a Dandara apartment was so simple.This is down to their excellent highly organised sales team who were very professional from start to finish. You are kept updated at every step of the way. Any queries are answered immediately enabling you to be 100% happy prior to your purchase. We felt we were given an excellent one to one service. Dandara even negotiated with a local law firm to offer a very competitive rate for legal fees. Everything is thought of to make your purchase timely, efficient and stress free.Their marketing material is beautifully presented showing apartment layouts, measurements and prices to allow a prospective purchaser to choose the right apartment for their requirements. What you see on the brochure is exactly what you get when the development is finished. Outside areas are beautifully landscaped for every purchaser to enjoy. We bought the apartment as an investment and chose to take advantage of their Property Management Service and Rentals Department which ensures your apartment is let to a suitable tenant. They take care of producing the Tenancy Agreement amongst other things such as arranging annual servicing of boiler, doors and windows, in fact anything that needs attention. This takes away the worry of being a landlord knowing our apartment is well cared for, leaving us free to travel whenever we want.Dandara have thought of everything and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying one either as an investment or to live in yourself.

Love our new Dandara home(Ashgrove) and fantastic sales/care team

We are the first time buyer and had a lot of concerns to make the biggest purchase for us since we moved to UK. We spent almost two years to find a right house for us. When Jacqueline from Dandara introduced us this lovely town house, we really liked it and all purchase process went smooth owing to Dandara's sale team's support. Especially Jacqueline was excellent and she made our dream come true. It happened just a month of purchasing process. Although there was a bit of delay in the end of completion date, it was reasonable considering current situation of a long lead time of supply. The house is warm and the layout of the house is great. We are also lucky to settle down with nice neighbours in convenient location within Loanhead. We also thanks to Siobhan, Sam and Aaron for our home care and solving the snagging lists.
