My experience with Dandara sales team has been excellent from start to finish. Every question or any concerns I had were dealt with promptly and with an outstanding service. Rebecca went out her way to thoroughly explain the details I needed to know about the property I was buying, very impressed and always with such pride. I would definitely recommend Dandara as not only was the sales team fantastic the site manager and customer service I have received after I moved in was fantastic. Visited this site to explore the new houses on offer.We were greeted by Val who dealt with all our queries in a friendly and professional manner.Val showed us around two show houses,which were extremely well presented and went into detail about the differences in these.She also explained what was included or extra in the houses.For example : Flooring (various options),white goods,electric/gas cookers.Val concluded by going through the brochure,price list and time scales.Val is an asset to the company.

What a great unexpected visit we had support today viewing The Beech at Dandara today. Drive past and followed the signs to a view home. Susan met us at the property and very quickly ascertained that this property could meet our needs. Excellent explanation of the property, able to answer all our questions and also gave us some space to have a conversation as a couple about what we were seeing. Fantastic service from start to finish (Foxhall Gait)

Wasteland, dead trees and lack of customer care

Dandara have been great with the build, snagging and general service.. until handing over the estate to the management team.It’s clear now Dandara do not care about residents and external parts of how St Michaels Park, Stewkley has been left. Saying it’s now passed to the management company. It certainly does not look like the brochures bought from! Wasteland, dead bushes, patches where plants removed and not replaced, dead trees, piles of mud around the children’s play area, sand paths that do not withstand weather or use. The communal areas on our estate are a mess and it’s very disappointing to receive email replies that basically say ‘not our problem’. As a case study for Dandara I should be proud of the estate I live on, but I am unhappy with the awful communal areas and mess that Dandara have failed us on and are clearly happy with their standards.

It all started so well… wonderful sales…

It all started so well… wonderful sales team, who sold the dream. However, customer ‘care’ post sale has been a joke. St Michaels Park in Stewkley was literally abandoned after the last house was built 4 months ago, no landscaping done, the land deep with weeds, play park unusable….the list goes on. Endless promises that they’ll sort it ‘next week’, next week always comes and goes….they have failed to meet planning obligations with regard to landscaping. Please can we see some progress Dandara!! *UPDATE - 15/10/23…still no progress! Estate exactly the same, no work has taken place despite the promises and comment below!!!!!*
