We visited the Takeley development and had a great experience thanks to Chris, who showed us around. He was extremely helpful and gave us a thorough overview of both the development and the individual homes on offer. While the layout of the 2-bedroom home ultimately wasn't quite right for what we're looking for, that's entirely down to our own requirements rather than anything to do with the property or the visit itself. Chris was generous with his time and clearly knowledgeable, and we really appreciated the effort he put in to help us find the right fit. Would happily recommend a visit to anyone considering this development, ask for Chris!

From my initial enquiry to my moving in, Brendan and his team were excellent. Brendan is a sheer delight to deal with. He was communicative, informative, quick to respond and was patient with me throughout. Nothing was too much trouble in the run up to my move or in my first week here. When I couldn't open the dishwasher (I wasn't pulling the door hard enough?!), no one laughed but everyone was quick to respond in my hour of need. Moving can be stressful at the best of times and so having some of the creases ironed out in a friendly, professional manner makes a big difference to the small things. Thank you Brendan and Dandara

We visited Takeley, it’s a great site. The staff and builders are very knowledgeable and in particular the Site Manager Cosmin was able to answer our questions promptly. Based on our interactions, I’d definitely recommend Dandara as a house builder and the houses are ideally located for the airport.

Impressive customer care.

We bought our house nearly two years ago and we have been impressed with our customer service at every step. We recently found a damp patch on our kitchen wall and within an hour, Dave Simpson, the Customer Care Inspector, arrived to assess the problem. He was very thorough in identifying the problem (a slow leak) and a plumber was booked for a couple of days later. I cannot fault Dandara customer care. They are a friendly and helpful team.
