I found the experience useful as this was my first time using an agency when renting. It has helped me to understand what to expect in the future.The constructive feedback I can give is highlighting that there may future tenants who will need patience from the agency to understand the process, and may need further explanation like I did. It can feel a little overwhelming for someone who is moving out independently for the first time, as they may not have any experience in this area.

Beautiful new Home

After contacting the sales office to enquire about a new property at Reayrt Mie Ballasalla, Sally from sales took us through the information packs and specifications. A viewing was arranged within a few days and after being shown around we had made our decision to purchase, the build standard and interior specifications were excellent. We moved in to the new home on the 1st of October 24 and we are settling in. The thermal efficiency and solar panel installation will help reduce the utility costs for us. From Sally in sales and Gabriel at the hand over of the new house. the process was straight forward and always very informative, nothing was too much trouble and this was the same from the staff on the site.

A landlords peace!

Dandara Lettings have looked after my property in St Helier for 10 years. I don't live in Jersey so most of our interaction has been on-line. They have been first class in keeping me abreast of what is needed to be done in the property and getting done what is needed, as well as advising on administrative matters which arise from time to time. When you are an 'absent landlord' you need to have agents you can trust, and Dandara have never let me down.

I have been renting with Dandara for 2 years, the renting process was very quick and straight forward. Brendan McGill it's an amazing professional always available and goes the extra mile to help his clients. Last week I went in holidays in Cyprus when at the aeroport I realized I have forgotten my house key at the hotel.
