Just wanted to say we brought a Dandara home on the Chilterns site and Mandy was always there to help and get things sorted. Nothing was too much trouble and she is a credit to the company. The house is lovely although there are a few issues to put right which are gradually being sorted .

The staff in the sales office were helpful and the site looked very nice. Unfortunately we were not able to see inside a house as the staff were busy with other clients. It was a bit disappointing as we had made the appointment several weeks in advance. We were not able to wait at the site until someone was free as we were visiting from Somerset and had other appointments to fulfill in the area.

We moved into our new home in Saxon Park Biddenham in Feb 2024 and our journey to get there from when we first visited the development in summer 2023 was supported all the way by Kelly, Jo and Katie. No question was too small or large, always friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and excellent for staying in touch and responding. Model of customer service. After we moved in we had similar level of help and support from site managers Andy and Josh. It feels like a partnership and a collaboration that each prospective homeowner is part of and despite the many people and queries and activities they all manage daily, their approach is very personal and caring.

I have been a tenant with Dandara since 2015 - in the two occasions that I had to move out and move in to new flat, the over all experience has always been smooth and stress free. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Terri and Brendan. They are responsive to my concerns and consistent in giving clear guidance to my queries. The viewing experiences were always pleasant and they demonstrated thorough knowledge of the units they showed me. Most importantly they are transparent on those small details that you have to be mindful of. I highly recommend their service.

I would like to congratulate the team on the Lettings department of Dandara. I recently took on the tenancy of a new apartment through Dandara Lettings for one year. From taking on the tenancy to vacating, the Dandara team were professional and ever helpful. In particular Terri Boothe was stand out efficient and made the cessation of the tenancy easy and painless.Well done Dandara.

Clair, Brendan, Terri and the rest of the Dandara team have been a pleasure to deal with. In slightly complex circumstances they went out of their way to help and assisted me in securing a lovely apartment at Westview. They kept me informed of timelines, took account of my needs and delivered on my requirements. The team knew the property well, all checks / info they needed from me clearly explained and articulated, property handover to me simple with a walkthrough with Terri and I expect property handback to be just as easy and straight forward. Biggest compliment is that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

Jo and Catherine in the site office were very helpful all the way through the process of purchasing my house. A special thanks to Jo, who I mainly dealt with. From her first showing me round the show home and around the site, looking at available plots. To then explaining all the purchasing paperwork to helping when conveyancing needed a push.Adrian, the site manager has been really friendly and helpful in helping me to settle in.
