Mandy and Rebecca made it easy

I’m in the process of buying a new build home from Dandara, with completion scheduled for tomorrow. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and concerns throughout the process, especially since it’s not easy to envision everything without a demo version of the property.Both Mandy and Rebecca have been incredibly supportive from the very beginning. They patiently answered all my queries and provided guidance at every step. Rebecca, in particular, shared her own recent experience of buying a home, which reassured me and helped me stay calm during some stressful moments with solicitors.I truly appreciate their assistance and professionalism throughout this journey. I’m hopeful that the completion and handover process goes smoothly tomorrow. Exceptional Tennant experience

I've rented 2 properties from Dandara, both with Brendan. The customer service I received on both occasions was exceptional from start to finish. I got in both properties very soon after the day I was shown around and the very few issues that I had during tenancies were resolved almost instantly. I can highly recommend letting through Dandara and can vouch for how great Brendan is at his job.

Everything has been amazing so far

Everything so far in the process of buying a house with Dandara has been excellent. The sales team, namely Lorraine, has helped me with any query I’ve had no matter how trivial and as a first time buyer this is appreciated no end. I loved picking out my choices and was so impressed by the options that come as standard, I hardly chose any upgrades and this was so helpful to me as someone who is buying in my own I need to save any money I can and Lorraine helped me make the best decisions for my needs without pressuring to upsell on anything unnecessary.

High quality and friendly

We have had an extremely positive experience buying from Dandara. Dunblane site manager John has ensured a smooth move in process and responded quickly and professionally, always with a smile to the few minor issues we have experienced (less than expected!). Lyndsay at Nest (the estate agent responsible for the Dunblane build) was very friendly and helpful during the purchase process. The build itself is high quality and the finishes are excellent. We are even happier than expected with our new home.

Happy homeowners - bought off plan

The house buying process is a daunting task, coupled with buying 'off plan' it was never going to be a straight road to completion! Rest assured if you are thinking of buying off plan with Dandara - DO IT!! you will not regret your decision!Buying from Dandara made the buying process much easier through the constant open and honest channels of communication that Patricia Traylor upheld. 'Pat' always kept us in the loop as soon as she was made aware of anything we needed to know; - when decisions needed to be made, paperwork to complete and read or even a site visit to check on the building progress of our beautiful new home. The building phase, exchange, completion and aftercare have been outstanding and I am writing this sitting in our 4-month-old brand-new home with no complaints! The post-completion snagging works have been dealt with promptly and to a high standard too. We would just like to say a HUGE thank-you to Patricia who we entrusted to walk with us through this life-changing process and we were met with a greater ease than we ever anticipated! 'Pat' is an absolute asset to Dandara and ought to be recognised for her excellent customer service when dealing not only with us but our 'new neighbours' have also conversed about how fantastic Pat truly is and this has been reflected in their home purchase with them also! Pat's friendly, warm, positive, honest and approachable character by nature makes her the Queen of Dandara's team- in our eyes.We would be more than happy to purchase another home from Dandara - the standard of our home, the specifications and the space as well as the quality of the build speaks for itself....... but we would only complete on the 'sell' if it were Pat selling it to us as her personal tailored approach to her homebuyers is unique and unmatched. We are overall very pleased so far with our new home. Any issues have being dealt with swiftly and it seems to us as if the Dandara team do genuinely care about their customers. Have to mention one lady (Helen) who has being with us every step of the way, from keeping us up to date on everything we needed to know and do and even had a very helpful input with our difficult decision on flooring, kitchen and tiles choices!!From our experience I really hope Dandara appreciate what a service she provides for the company any issue big or small she has assisted us in any way she could. I found the experience useful as this was my first time using an agency when renting. Beautiful new Home

After contacting the sales office to enquire about a new property at Reayrt Mie Ballasalla, Sally from sales took us through the information packs and specifications. A viewing was arranged within a few days and after being shown around we had made our decision to purchase, the build standard and interior specifications were excellent. We moved in to the new home on the 1st of October 24 and we are settling in. The thermal efficiency and solar panel installation will help reduce the utility costs for us. From Sally in sales and Gabriel at the hand over of the new house. the process was straight forward and always very informative, nothing was too much trouble and this was the same from the staff on the site.
