GoogleOver the last four years Banfields have looked after us brilliantly. Initially they advised us on preparing a house for rental and then found a superb tenant.. Years later we decided to sell and Banfield advised us on the sale and successfully marketed it in a very difficult market. Their care and attention during what proved to be a drawn out period until exchange was also exemplary. Heartily recommended, and I don't say that often!

GoogleWe are so pleased that we chose Banfield's Estate Agents for the sale of our property in Crowborough. The team in the office are professional and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We live 2 hours away and the property was empty as a relative had passed away. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were happy to do meter readings etc for us etc (twice, as the sale fell through and took 15 months to sell and complete). Would definitely recommend. GoogleIt seems that the good reviews are based on people buying property's and then for the letting staff something must be going wrong! I was enquiring about a property that I was really eager to book a viewing for and have had too keep chasing them and they had to get my details three times (apparently lost my notes or left them at home) to finally say they would rather no animals in the property which they knew from when I first spoke to them that I had animals (didn't state in ad animals were not preferred). Very infuriating especially when it's a property that could have been perfect for me and my partner and getting my hopes up on the first phone call to say that I wouldn't be left in the dark and that they would call me back twice (didn't even get an apology at then end of the phone call from the letting manager)NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe can only agree with the glowing reports from all the previous reviewers. This was a challenging situation, especially given the pandemic. From the initial meeting with Fiona to the regular contacts with Paige and Georgie things were always made as painless as possible for us. Georgie did a fantastic job in very politely but firmly pushing third parties whenever necessary and never failed to keep us updated! Very highly recommended! Thanks so much for a great service!

When John came to value the house, he was honest and didn't give any false promises which meant that we had a realistic idea for our future plans and finally, whenever there was a question from the buyers, generally it was John or Fiona who let us know first, beating the solicitors hands down, which resulted in virtually no delays whatsoever. Completely refreshing that John had clearly done his homework on the property and was primed with the answers to all our questions. He was a consummate professional who was upfront and very honest about the works and of course costs that would be needed to turn the property around. Banfield also went the extra mile by appointing a Local builder to quote prior to offer, which served to inform everyone interested in the property. GoogleThis Estate Agency should win all the awards for the professionalism displayed by Paige, ( the young lady who answered the telephone). She was exemplary in all ways. She is a very valuable asset to this company. I have not had more dealings yet as there are no properties in my price range. However I would have absolutely no issues in dealing with them when, hopefully, something comes up.
