I found Ashton Burkinshaw through a listing on Rightmove and within a few minutes of contacting them I had a viewing booked for that afternoon, and not even a day later I was signing my offer letter for the property. They even helped me negotiate with the landlord to get a washing machine which is fabulous. Really appreciate all the effort they put into getting my new tenancy setup quick and painless.

Moving house is always stressful with there being so many things to think of and arrange. Having moved multiple times nationally as well as internationally it was a great pleasure to go through the process with David and Lauren of Ashton Burkinshaw Lettings. They were professional, proactive, and pleasant, they are some of the best estate agents I have encountered.
