Ash and Kelly made this process stress free from the get go. Kelly’s initial phone call was so well timed and I immediately felt relieved after having had a few rough experiences looking at flats. I fell in love with Violet House, the parking, the immaculate interior, the garden and the price. Especially tricky for me was the financial side of things, after returning to UK from US after 35 years. Ash took my calls or returned them in a very timely manner and he really made it all happen! Can’t fault these two or the agency. The link to set up Council tax and utilities was very easy to use also. Well done all! Sincerely E Walton

I cannot fault Ashton Burkinshaw at all. The service received from Kelly and Ash especially has been above and beyond. They have always catered for my busy working hours and have been at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Myself & my partner are currently renting and moving to another rental very soon. We were so lucky to have found a property with Ashton Burkinshaw as many others made me feel rushed, cancelled viewings & wasted a lot of my time. Ash made our viewing simple & pain free. We was able to offer on the property we had loved for ages and the turn around was within days! Kelly has been extremely helpful with the financial side of things & ensuring we were able to obtain our dream flat 😍. I do not often leave reviews, however, on this occasion, I think one is warranted. After agreeing to let my property, both Kelly and Lyla worked tirelessly to find me a tenant. After they completed all the necessary checks on the proposed tenant in super quick time (just 3 days!!!), we were ready to sign to the tenancy agreement. At the 11th hour (and 59th minute!!), I then received an unexpected offer to buy my house, which was too good to refuse and I withdrew my property for rental purposes. It was an incredibly tough decision to make, as I knew I was letting the agent and the proposed tenant down at the very last minute. Both Kelly and Lyla were so professional, understanding and sympathetic to our situation, I could not praise them enough as both rental professionals and extremely decent people. Well what can I say, great service, very understanding about timings for a viewing, my work hours are very unpredictable, and at very late notice they bought the forward on my request. The viewing went well and by the time I'd driven back work I'd decided to take the flat. Let them know and Early the following morning they called to let me know more offer was accepted. The service provided by Natasha has been fantastic. We saw a property one week ago, offered the following day, agreed 2 days later, met the landlord, filled in referencing forms and here we are everything sorted and a moving day set! We recently dealt with Natasha at Aston Burkinshaw and we were so impressed! This is the 4th time we’ve moved house over the years and it has been the quickest and easiest so far. I believe they had originally visited the property on the 5th to photograph it and they sent us the details that evening. We contacted Natasha straight away and arranged a viewing. We viewed it, put in our offer and started the application process on the 6th. The referencing process started on the 9th and we were accepted very promptly. We signed the contract on the 16th and exchanged keys on the 19th. 2 weeks exactly from start to finish! Natasha was so easy to keep in contact with and kept us updated throughout. I especially appreciated that she told us exactly what emails we should expect to receive, and gave us a very accurate timeline.

Communication on the phone is great, can't complain with that, but when you book a viewing with them to see a advertised property you do expect 1, the people who are living there currently who are moving to know, 2, for the agent to do a tour of the property to actually be there, wasn't that easy either.
