Hi Paul, I can see the £70 is missing for the garage & Mark advised you he was a bit late ladt week. He is late by 1 week, probably on holiday as he pays manually. Anyway it is in our bank now now so on Jean accounts next working day she will transfer it over. Did you mean to leave a one star review for this as it seems a tad harsh? Jacky

GoogleWe were desperate to find a pet friendly property and simply let was the only place that would help us! We've been with simply let now for almost a whole year and it's been a breeze. Helpful and easy to talk to about any issues, approachable and kind.
Approachable is what we aim for always as we care and we know if people feel comfortable in talking to us then we can help and guide you through every aspect of your tenancy so you have a good experience. Pets we welcome in suitable properties and we have loads of super pet owners. Just now we even have a shared house that takes a cat! GoogleI have been with jackie for 5 years now. When i first moved in it so was easy and simple. There always so friendly. They deal with any problems i have efficiently. I would highly recommend them. I normally deal with poppy alot and she has always been helpful and very friendly.

Ash, yes you and your family are a great example of showing how Simply Let would rather move you than lose you. We always give first priority on homes that become vacant to existing tenants and yes we have watched you move as your family grew from a 1 bed to a 4 bed. You are model tenants and appreciated!
