I have dealt with Clive Watkin for a few years as I am a Landlord. They found me great tenants very quickly and did all the back round checks etc which some agents do not do correctly. Also, they acted for me in the sale of my Mother's house and the purchase of a flat without any problems. Always easy to contact and fast, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended

Abbey and Jess are amazing. They have been incredibly helpful, supportive and honest- I would go as far as to say that they were the final positive that swayed us into choosing the house we have. Knowing we will continue to be so well looked after by such friendly people has heightened our excitement!

Unfriendly staff, unprofessional manner didn't even get up off chair or greet us when we walked in. Will not be returning or recommending this business. To this day, month later have not had a response to my enquiry. Disappointing service!

They are my letting agents and have always great at finding good tenants quickly. They are very customer focused. I have used CL for 7 years and have never had a complaint to make. I would recommend them if somebody asked me.PositiveProfessionalism

I had an offer accepted on a property and instructed a solictor and everything. 9 days later they are telling me a higher offer has come in and are asking if I can increase my offer. I've never seen this kind of bad practice before, once an offer is accepted and a solictor is instructed the deal is closed. No more offers coming through at later stages, bad agents wont use again. AWFULNegativeProfessionalism
