GoogleFrom start to finish Venture at Crook and Darlington (Angela & Carl respectively) were the epitome of professionalism, efficiency and provided second to non customer service. Our buyer had a particularly difficult conveyancing team which caused us all, both at Venture and our conveyancing team, huge problems. However Venture stepped up to the plate and dealt with the situation calmly, and always had our interest at heart....they REALLY looked after us. Their marketing is superb, extremely good quality and I would highly recommend their platinum package. Thank you to all the Venture team who dealt with us. Your custome service was outstanding!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI would not have given even one star but it would not let me proceed without giving it one. Totally disappointed with the service, although we were paying for the estate agent to sell our property they looked after our buyers rather than us. We should have learned our lesson when we bought the house previously through venture they along with the owner hid the fact that the house had a flying freehold we got the flying freehold sorted out eventually at a hefty cost to the previous owner. I would Never Ever recommend this estate agent.

GoogleThis is the best estate agents. We've been dealing with them for nearly two years on and off with our rental and for house viewings with the intention to buy, and we have been fussy, but every visit has been fantastic. They've all been very professional, always happy to help and we've always been, and felt, welcomed and treated with respect every step of the way. The staff are amazing, kind and friendly and have always welcomed us with a smile. I would certainly recommend them and will continue to use them in future. Thank you all at Venture, Crook.
