Venture Properties Crook reviews

We recently bought a property through Venture Properties, Crook branch and they were brilliant throughout the 3 month process. We had virtually zero Communication's with our useless law firm and 99% of our info was with the very Professional Angela Banks who was always at hand to chase everybody up and answer our silly questions. I can honestly say there wasn't a time when Angela didn't return an E-mail or call within the hour. That's incredible 1st class service and we were the buyer's and not the seller. If Only every Estate agent's worked as hard as Angela and her team, they wouldn't have such a bad reputation. Many thanks to Angela and the other ladies in her Branch. John.

I never wanted to sell my dream house. That quintessential English cottage with roses round the door. That was it!! Perfect location in a small and quiet hamlet, far off the beaten track. Having bought it through Venture five years ago, I knew that they really did look after all parties in the transaction. When I had bought it through them I felt as important as their client for whom they were selling. Therefore, when I reluctantly had to sell, it was only Venture I would entrust with the property. Not only was it important to ensure that the property was presented in the most appropriate way and effectively marketed but I knew that I could trust Angela and her team with absolutely everything. I will always miss my place in the country and I will always be grateful to Angela and her team.

Recently sold my home in Crook using Venture. Angela and her team were great throughout. They kept me well informed and up to date while the house was on the market and during every stage of the sale. They were friendly, approachable and professional and would definitely recommend them in the future.

Venture was our sellers agent and if I was to do it all again I would use Venture Crook myself. Their communication was second to none and I always felt like they had time for us. We mainly dealt with Angela, who was fantastic. She was professional but approachable and her knowledge of the whole process really put me at ease, having never bought a home that wasn’t from a building company before. Great service, thanks again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

To all at venture properties! We picked up our keys to our new house today, I can say hand on heart that Angela and everyone at venture properties looked after us and went out of their way to help us with everything we faced during our purchase of our new home. From start to finish we had support and advice, nothing was too much trouble. If it wasn’t for all the lovely ladies at venture especially Angela, I don’t think we would of managed to get where we are now, In our new home with no worries at all. From the bottom of my heart to all of you, thank you so much for all of your help and being so lovely xx lots of love from Emma,Aaron and Rosie xx🏡
