Robinsons took special care of us as we were purchasing a bungalow in Darlington. We were moving 200 miles from our previous home and they were always on the end of the phone or e-mail if we needed them. Their replies were always prompt and we were never made to feel as if we were a nuisance. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends looking to buy.

Our sale was dealt with professionally from initial valuation ( along with an excellent set of photographs ) right through to final completion/handing over our keys. We were kept informed of progress on a regular basis. We would recommend the Darlington branch to anyone selling their property. They market the property at a realistic price in order to attract a "proceedable" purchaser.They have an excellent team at the branch.

GoogleVery rude staff! Unprofessional and arrogant. The worse for estate agency is to mislead you. They have let me down and, because of that I have lost funds. Save your stress and choose another agency to avoid learning in the hard way! Choosing Robinson was one of my very bad decision!

Robinsons Sedgefield office provided me with a faultless service. As an Executor to a will I instructed them to sell a property following probate. All very positive throughout. I was slightly put off on first contact by a slight mix up with dates/ times at the very outset of the process when arranging to have the property valuation done. It seems the office had made a diary error - but phoned phoned to correct it - so no harm done.After that all was very smooth and Anita ( Sedgefield office) was extremely professional. Thanks.

GoogleAbsolutely the worst estate agents in the north east, I have tried on several occasions to view and purchase property’s through this company and I must say they don’t know there AR$€ from there elbow. Refusing to book an appointment saying that it is SOLD STC however this property is still on there own website for sale and the right move portal these should be reported to the property ombudsman. The list is endless of property failures on there behalf dating back to over 20 years with myself. Please save your time and use another agent
