I have used Robinsons to look after my property for several years now. I also run my own business which inevitably consumes a lot of my time.Claire Nellis who is in charge of looking after my property does an absolutely superb job. Always keeping in touch, staying on top of rental payments is such a weight off my shoulders.I have used several local agents to look after my property in the past, Robinsons have by far been the best.Polite, professional and always looking after your best interest.Highly recommended.

Trying to find the perfect home to buy was stressful and I found other estate agents rude, Robinsons was not at all, they felt welcoming and happy to help. No matter how many houses I wanted to view - nothing seemed a chore for them, they were the best estate agents in the North East that I dealt with. I dealt with the Darlington and Stockton Branch and both brilliant. Would highly recommend from a buyers point of view and sellers. Great communication and that’s what everyone needs! In recent years, Keith Mason of Robinsons in Durham, has been extremely helpful in providing advice to me as a residential landlord. He has advised on both lettings and sales of properties. To give one example, he advised on a sale price for the property as it was, and on what it could be with some limited decorative and functional improvements. Whilst the improvements did cost me some money, the £15,000 increase higher sale price more than made up for it!

THE best estate agent to use if you're selling a property in Ingleby Barwick !! Superb in every way. The initial appraisal by Chris, the manager, was thorough, realistic and the photos and brochure were excellent and the setting up viewings was handled professionally. Once we had agreed a buyer, the process of helping us along the road to completion was done expertly by Victoria , our Sales Negotiator,who went above and beyond in liaising with our buyers and solicitor in order to speed up the sale of our property. We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

After accidentally locking ourselves out on a Sunday in lockdown AND the coldest snowy day of the year, we were stuck with nowhere to go and had to book into a hotel. Robinsons was closed however I tried to reach the lovely staff as a last option not expecting anyone to reply as it was their day of rest. Luckily a few hours later we got a call from manager Ryan to come and pick our spare keys up. We are so grateful, Robinsons went beyond customer care especially given they were not open ! We were so happy to be home and definitely learnt our lesson about locking ourselves out the house ! Thank you Robinsons 5 star service and thank you for how much you care about your customers !! I sold my house with Robinsons Bishop Auckland and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. From my initial conversation with Sam, who gave me sound advice and reassured me about how good his team were, to Natalie who kept me updated every step of the way and helped so much with maintenance appointments whilst I was living out of the area and also Becky who was always a friendly voice passing my messages on. My calls were always returned and my nerves were always settled even through these difficult Covid times. After my property remained on the market unsold with another agent for numerous months, I contacted Robinsons in Sedgefield. Ryan visited my home, took photos and created a very professional virtual tour and floor plan. Within 2 weeks my property was sold. We have recently had dealings with both the letting and sales sides of Robinson’s. They have been efficient, professional and friendly. They are competitively priced and realistic in their valuations, unlike other estate agents in the local area. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and when dealing with the letting team they promptly addressed any issues raised by the tenant to reduce the stress of letting. I have had dealings with a number of other estate agents in the local area and feel that Robinson’s is without doubt the best and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. When selling our property they went the extra mile to ensure the marketing was first class and our property sold on the first viewing for the price they had anticipated. If you want a stress free,professional, high quality service then go to them.

We purchased out current house through the Sedgefield branch of Robinsons Estate Agent. From start to finish the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother who has recently sold a house through yourselves, Sedgefield branch. My mother has been displaying the earliest signs of dementia an the team have honestly gone above and beyond to advertise and sell my childhood home. Ryan McKenna came out straight away and got the property up and running, marketed to a great standard. A buyer was found quite quickly and shown around by Ryan also. The sale was dealt with from start to finish by Jade and Sharon, who are both extremely helpful and friendly.
