Another depressing example of an estate agent clueless at best and ignorant at worst I booked to see a lovely property in wolsingham but was unable to make the viewing so mailed Barbara to cancel and request a rebook. Nothing. I mailed again - nothing Clearly Barbara has hit her targets as negotiator this month and just couldn’t be bothered to answer my mails. I especially loved the strap line in this lady’s mail saying “if I can be of any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact me” Well Barbara I did - twice. Perhaps you weren’t in ☹️

I would give Robinsons Sedgefield 10 stars if I could. Ryan, Sharon and Danni have always been friendly and polite as well as professional. I was always kept up to date with my sale and they would gently manage my expectations if I was getting ahead of myself. The office manager swiftly put in place a marketing strategy which resulted in a high volume of viewings over a very short period of time.Feedback from the viewings arrived promptly and the office staff, particularly our key link person, kept us well informed. They were always easily contactable, informed and helpful.Our after sale experience was extremely positive. It was very helpful to us that Robinsons have a designated After Sales employee. This experienced person provided a link to the buyers and their legal representatives and we greatly appreciated her calm, skilful liaison through a lengthy, and at times anxiety provoking period.All in all, we were highly satisfied with the service we received from the whole team. I would just like to say how fabulous Ryan, Sharon and Danni have been at the Sedgefield branch. Selling my grandads house which he has owned for over 40 years has been a huge roller coaster of emotions, but the team at Sedgefield have been so amazing in guiding me through. Nothing I’ve asked has been too much trouble and they have been so helpful and reassuring. From the very beginning Ryan did an excellent job of making the whole experience so smooth and stress free. They truly do go above and beyond. I really couldn’t recommend this branch enough, they really are fantastic.
