From the initial contact with the branch at Chester le Street I knew I'd found the right team to handle the sale of my property. Michael's valuation and publicity photos were a good start with Michelle,Chelsea and Karen arranging viewings it went like clockwork. On recommendation I used Riley Langdon of Durham for conveyancing which worked extremely well. I have no hesitation in recommending the Chester le Street team.

My recent experience with Robinsons has been first class. As both a seller (through Robinsons) and a buyer, I appreciated the attention to detail and the services on offer to offer the most information to potential buyers with floor plans, video walkthroughs, and an extensive range of photos showing the whole of the property. The staff at the Sedgefield branch were always on the ball no matter who I spoke to, and really helped to make the viewings and onward process as smooth as possible.Their local knowledge, I feel, also helped significantly in allowing me to price the property at the right level to attract viewings, and this led to a quick submission of an offer.Overall, I would highly recommend Robinsons Sedgefield.
