GoogleWe bought a couple of short walk maps of this area and very glad we did..it is such a lovely area to walk in. We did 2 different walks in the same sort of area , a 3 hour and a 2 hour walk up through the woods and around the golf course and across the fields, great to get out of the car and see a different view.

GoogleI had my property up for sale with William H Brown, Cromer. After a year of it not selling, I decided to try another agent. I called up to give notice and the Manager Pete tried to talk me out of it. I said it's nothing you've done wrong as an agent but I need to try something else. He was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. I gave notice in May and despite calls emails, he refused to take it off the market. Everytime I called, he was 'in a meeting, and he wouldn't respond to emails. I managed to deal with a young girl there who was helpful and tried her best to resolve it. Finally after two months, my property was removed from their listings. I am extremely annoyed to have since received a letter from their legal team saying I'll be liable for costs if I sell my property to a company who they've negotiated with. They clearly haven't and I chose to use another agent. William H Brown are very unprofessional and the Manager needs customer service training. Clearly the number of people using them is dropping and they want to retain customers, but being rude and awkward is not the way to do it.

GoogleWh brown were the second estate agent I used to sell my flat. They hassled me for months whilst I was with my first agent, saying how much better their marketing is and how busy there are. Although they charged me more, I sold in 3 weeks and have to say a big thank you to all of their staff, very impressed!

awful .....sales team never return calls or emails . Emails are always to vague and open ended .... I am no longer proceeding with the purchase such a shame as I’m sure the developer is paying them to market the properties - which clearly they are not proactively doing ......
