David (Manager) and his team were extremely helpful and supportive, whilst I had my house on the market. My initial meeting with David was thorough and he explained their marketing strategy and costings for selling. The open day was well organised, as well as individual viewings and if I had any queries I could always speak to a member of his team. Due to personal reasons I needed to withdraw my sale, but this was no reflection on the company. Should I decide to sell at a later date I would return to David at William Brown.

Our house was put on the market with William H Brown Cromer Office on 09/07/22. The online marketing with great photo’s got the property a lot of interest. There were 27 viewings over one week including 19 on the very successful open day which resulted in 10 offers being made with several over the guide price. Exchange of contracts was on 16/09/22 with a completion date on 29/09/22. We are very pleased that the property from being marketed to sale completion took less than 12 weeks. Throughout the whole process Jason and his staff were friendly, helpful, professional and communicated with us on a regular basis, which was a nice touch. The company “myaccount” is also very well laid out, easy to use and keeps a good record of all events.
