GooglePoor service. Couldn't get in touch with the Landlord regarding some details we wanted and Martin & Co wouldn't give us, and after 2 years was asked to pay extra for a pet they didn't know we had, even though we'd asked about pets when first inquiring and then brought him into the office with us when we paid the deposit. Thankfully found something else and eventually moved away from the area.

What an unprofessional company! They promise everything when they know they are going to get a contract from you, but after you have signed the contract, it is evident that they don’t care. They don’t reply to you anymore.

GoogleHad the pleasure of speaking to Jess regarding house viewings. She has been both super friendly and knowledgable, and makes you feel as if no problem is too big. I also appreciated being shown around by someone who is confident without trying to pressure you to rent the place! Although I may not go ahead with this property, I will look forward to dealing with Jess in the future.

GoogleI have a situation needing 6 months rented .I get blank faces from all agents covering South East Cheshire. Then over the hill comes Martin & Co. Then I had setbacks meaning could not sign up due to solicitor procedures and they stayed with it .Good luck.
