We were in contact with Fran Wheatcroft was just brilliant to speak to, she dealt with every question and concern with a smile on her face and we had a good giggle the entire time. Would go to butters john bee again if we decided to buy or sell a home! Very happy customer :)

GoogleI called with some general lettings questions and an extremely friendly person, Ben Parry, answered the call and then proceeded to go above and beyond to assist me. Ben answered my questions succinctly, gave me possible options that I might not have already considered whilst all the while striking a perfect balance between approachable and professional. In future if I have any other questions I will definitely be contacting Ben again. I cannot rate his customer service highly enough.
