I was so relieved and impressed to deal with such a lovely gent named Michael at butters John bee. The process of finding a house is quite taxing and so it's a breath of fresh air when an agent comes along, who actually treats you with value as Michael did. He was so on the ball from the moment I emailed in to the very end when he called to see how I liked my viewing and actually listened to what I had to say. A fine example of how things should be done. Its the little things.

One of the best agencies I have dealt with, yes cause I have had a bad experience with another. I was kept upto date with everything, all information I need was available, and my consent was sought before any third party phone calls. The specific time frame to move into my new house was adhered to, never had to call in for anything. All this was made possible by my agent-Corrie Mainwaring; such a lovely and friendly lady. Brought a couple of properties now with butters John bee (crewe) with thanks to the guidance and help of Ryan cheetham. Found many estate agents companies in Crewe very difficult and in fact butters John bee is the only agents I will buy and rent properties through from now on. I recently lost my mother and had to get the house on the market, I was upset and numb but it had to be done. Kylie handled the sale of our property with calm efficiency and complete professionalism. She answered all of our questions immediately or within the hour, despite having to deal with other rude clients who were struggling to distinguish between the role of an Estate Agents Move Manager and a Conveyance Solicitor. Ryan has listened to my requests to find a refurb project in the right area at the right price. I have found him extremely helpful, reliable and knowledgeable, when viewing properties. I have been able to ring him at any time, if he wasn't able to answer. He has always returned my calls. On a few occasions Ryan has rang me about a certain property I may be interested in and has managed to let me view it on that day. I deal with a lot of Estate Agents, Ryan by far gives the best service. When I'm in Crewe he is always the first Estate agent I ring.
