GoogleReally happy with how our sale was managed during Covid! Denise M always on hand and very responsive to any questions we had, can not recommend her enough! I have used yourmove twice now- the first was for the purchase of our first home and second the selling of it. Even though we didn’t use Suzanne this time for the sale of our property she was still involved with our buyers and was always there if needed. Both a massive asset to yourmove crawcrook! We dealt with many different Estate Agents while looking for a property and they stood head and shoulders above the rest. Always answered the telephone and dealt with our queries quickly and professionally. Can't recommend them enough.

GoogleI know that usually the estate agent works in the best interest of the seller rather than the buyer, but as the buyer in what turned out to be a complicated conveyancing process, I always felt fully supported by Denise P and Michelle at Your Move. They always responded to my emails, dealt with my stress with kindness and reassurance, and worked hard behind the scenes to keep the whole conveyancing process moving when it often looked as though my purchase might fail. I never felt that they weren't also on my side, and they facilitated easy communication between myself and the seller with them as intermediary. It felt that nothing was too much trouble, and Denise even made time for me to view my new home two days prior to completion, to ensure that there were no outstanding issues that I would need the seller to address. As it happened, the boiler had 'gone to sleep' after being out of use for several months, and they arranged for it to be serviced and fine-tuned in time for move-in day. I cannot thank them enough for flying the good customer service flag so high. Really, all estate agents should work to this standard -- they went above and beyond. Thanks a million to all at Your Move Crawcrook.

GoogleIt was a difficult process for us but just due to circumstances. We got there in the end. The team in the office were very professional,supportive and positive throughout. We used one of your moves panel of solicitors and again this made it far easier. I would definitely recommend Your Move particularly the Crawcrook office.
