FacebookWe are currently renting, with Chantries managing the property on behalf of the Owner. I have also rented out properties in the past and so have seen both sides of the coin. From the outset, the team at Chantries have been friendly, professional, quick to respond and all round easy to work with. Special mention has to go to Anthony, who has been our primary point of contact and always a pleasure to speak to. Nothing is too much trouble, which says a lot in an industry where the tenant can often be treated as 'the enemy'! I would have no hesitation in recommending Chantries if you are looking to rent out a property - they will ensure your tenants are happy and will keep the property in a good state of repair, which makes your life so much easier.
