FacebookI have had dealings with all branches while selling our house and house hunting in the Guildford area. Easily the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. Richard at the Shalford office, Anthony, Graham and Lucy at the Merrow office and especially Gavin at the Guildford office who has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. All staff have gone above and beyond again and again and made us feel like we are valued and liked clients. I honestly could not speak highly enough of everyone. 5 star service and the benchmark for Surrey Estate Agents.

Amidst the F.U.D. of the sales process in our 'challenging' chain, Chris applied a strong dose of common sense, expectation management and 'never say die' attitude. FacebookI have known Anthony professionally since 2006, both buying and selling through him at that time. Since then, I have gone to him for advice, a number of property viewings and I recently completed on the purchase of my current home with him through Chantries. This last purchase was part of a six property chain and faced several challenges along the way. Anthony's efforts to keep in touch with the various parties, think creatively, suggest advice and provide support were absolutely second to none and I truly appreciate the personal care and kindness he exhibited during the long, protracted and - at times - extremely stressful process of buying & selling as part of a long chain. I very much value Anthony's deep knowledge of the local housing market and his integrity. Chantries is absolutely a 'go to' agency for me and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment in recommending Chantries to others.

GoogleChantries are relatively new agents in Cranleigh although they have other branches operating in the surrounding villages. Gavin and Mike have been exceptional in the way they have managed the sale and contract process of our home. They are professional, very approachable and respond quickly to any queries or problems that inevitably develop as the move to exchange/completion proceeds. They are genuinely good at what they do, and I would highly recommend them to any prospective buyers and purchasers looking to move to this area.

A professional, personal service from Anthony who demonstrated a level of patience and flexibility that ultimately resulted in the exchange on a complicated and lengthy chain. Without his intervention and commitment the chain would have collapsed!
