Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

Realistic approach to pricing, and very consultative at all stages with calls often happening in the evening. Special thanks to the whole team, from Duncan to the guys doing the viewings and admin. I have a long term relationship with Cranbrook Savills office having bought and sold several houses through them. Please don’t be tempted by more local agents because you think they will be better or offer a more personal service. Stick to Savills in Cranbrook, best houses and the right, motivated buyers. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful, and the support I received from Sarah Hunt in particular relating to the sale of a very "niche" property was second to none. She gave me regular updates on what was happening with the sale of the property, and was always honest, pragmatic and just so HUMAN! If you're undecided about which estate agent to go for in the area - choose Savills Cranbrook!

GoogleWe cannot recommend Savills too highly. Duncan Petrie who oversaw our sale was throughout professional, charming and informative. When others in the chain became threatening/awkward it was always Duncan who steered everyone back on to the right path with tact and good grace. Anna who showed potential buyers arounad our house was always prompt, polite and most importantly enthusiastic. She gave us excellent, honest and detailed feedback on how the viewing went. The other members of staff we spoke to were helpful,courteous and efficient . The ladies who conducted the viewings were always on time, respectful of the property and thoroughly trustworthy. My experience with Savills has consistently been good throughout this recent transaction and others in the past; they have been accurate in their judgement on valuation, negotiation and execution of the sale and I would recommend the team if you are thinking of selling your property.
