The 3 stars is for Chris who was great to deal with and gave us a lift when we didn't have transport. Ben however was very rude and insulted my wife and I multiple times during a viewing. Quite frankly appalling behaviour and not something we had experienced from any other estate agent during multiple viewings and agents.

I cannot believe what a breath of fresh air these agents are. Extremely likeable, communication excellent and quick. Pictures look fantastic and so does the video and drone footage. Unfortunately very poor indeed. Showed 30 minutes late for viewings twice, didn't have the right information on both occasions. Every time we went in the office seemed like a total lack of organisation. Didn't have the right paperwork on moving day and overall poor communication. So unfortunately wouldn't recommend or use again.
