Would highly recommend, very professional but friendly with it. Marketing material is vastly superior to othe agencies and drone and video footage are a bonus. Communication was excellent throughout, using a WhatsApp group for high proportion of messages so everyone involved can view and comment. So glad we picked Lancasters

I had an agent round to view and value my house which they did, everything was fine until I mentioned being in contact with another estate agent a while back. I was told after the valuation I would be emailed with more details and feedback on the valuation, also giving me the option to email more details regarding my previous meeting with the former estate agent, yet I haven't heard anything back since. This was approximately two weeks ago. I find this very unprofessional. If Lancasters were unable to continue dealing with my property then I should of been told there and then, not given false promises.

Without a doubt one of the best agents on the island. Gave the right advice even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear but was in my best interest. Helped me with advice as a tenant for now but when we expand our current property portfolio as Landlords into the Isle of Wight, we will no doubt be contacting Lancasters first. All the staff at Lancasters have been so helpful. After having a bad experience with an estate agency firm in Cowes, I took the plunge and called Lancasters. From that first phone call to the sale going through, I cannot fault them in any way, shape or form. Every single member of staff were both friendly and professional, along with being extremely knowledgeable. Appalling service and unethical. Will never sell or buy or rent with this company. This agent sums up everything about awful Estate Agents. Shameful ! Your response to my comment are all lies my partner was never happy with your service and this nothing to do with who she works for. You have been reported to the ASA on a personal basis for misleading advertising and they have confirmed this in writing. We are moving into our own property now and when I sell and buy again I certainly will not go near your company. In fact majority of our friends in Cowes share the same opinion of your company, so lie all you like.
