FacebookWe struggled to sell our flat with another estate agent before we signed up with Lancasters. Lancasters made themselves available when we needed to talk to them, and were always reassuringly confident about being able to sell our flat. I think the thing I was most impressed with was their ability to use current contacts and potential buyers to drum up interest in our flat. They were also very friendly, and generally great to deal with. When we want to move again, we'll be working with Lancasters.

FacebookI have had 2 properties rented through Lancasters within the last 6 months and honestly, they are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for them and customer service is brilliant! They go above and beyond to make moving as smooth as possible. So massive thanks to all the team for their time and professional approach. Highly recommend!

Basically we need you to apply so we have all the info we need to put you forward in the best possible light to the landlord, ultimately it is always the landlords final decision on what type of tenants they choose, regardless of our recommendations. There is zero benefit to us to have people apply who we previously knew would be unacceptable. It would waste our time as much as yours. Our daughter recommended Lancasters having used them previously when she moved home a couple of years ago. Rather annoyingly she was correct, again (donβt you hate it when your child gives you decent advice!) and they proved to be a thoroughly professional, friendly and highly efficient team selling our house within days of it going onto the market. Throughout the selling process we were kept informed of what was happening and advised when we needed to do anything. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Lancasters to anyone wanting a first-class service when they want to move home. FacebookFantastic letting agents. Have rented a property from Lancasters for the last year & a half. Had a problem with my toilet that required a plumber & receieved a very swift response. Lancasters use professional & kind trades people to carry out any works that the property requires. I can't thank them enough & feel very comfortable & safe in their rented property. FacebookHave just sold a property on behalf of a family member, could not fault the team at Lancasters. Being located on the mainland and with COVID restrictions Lancasters went above and beyond to limit the amount of trips to the island for us. Communicating on a regular basis and keeping us updated, would def recommended.
