After having a bad experience with an estate agency firm in Cowes, I took the plunge and called Lancasters. From that first phone call to the sale going through, I cannot fault them in any way, shape or form. Every single member of staff were both friendly and professional, along with being extremely knowledgeable. I had been an estate agent myself in the past, so had certain expectations but Ben and Chris surpass all of these. I would go so far to say that a lot of businesses could learn lessons from these two. Don’t hesitate, they are completely unrivalled.

Appalling service and unethical. Will never sell or buy or rent with this company. This agent sums up everything about awful Estate Agents. Shameful ! Your response to my comment are all lies my partner was never happy with your service and this nothing to do with who she works for. You have been reported to the ASA on a personal basis for misleading advertising and they have confirmed this in writing. We are moving into our own property now and when I sell and buy again I certainly will not go near your company. In fact majority of our friends in Cowes share the same opinion of your company, so lie all you like.

Excellent experience selling with Lancasters. Were previously on the market with another agent for 6 months. Lancasters sold the property within 4 weeks. One key difference was bring people to the property that were actually interested in it. The 3 stars is for Chris who was great to deal with and gave us a lift when we didn't have transport. Ben however was very rude and insulted my wife and I multiple times during a viewing. Quite frankly appalling behaviour and not something we had experienced from any other estate agent during multiple viewings and agents.
