In a difficult transaction he consistently went above and beyond. Moving house is difficult enough - my advice would be to use Hose Rhodes Dickson Freshwater.

GoogleLettings team really unhelpful and uninterested. Made me feel stupid on the phone for asking questions, and they never seem to bother responding to online enquiries (I sent 3).

Because there were problems with a property that they came to value (management agents and a short lease) they had no interest in marketing the property, after making two calls to them and being told that the person dealing with the valuation was not in the office and would phone back they never did.
